All sculptures, florals, and artwork are handmade from a variety of sugar and chocolate modeling paste our bakers make fresh in the shop. The sugar pieces are edible- and some clients adore their sugar sculptures, such as mini shoes or baseball hats— so much– they keep them indefinitely as cherished memories of their fabulous evening!
